There are a wide array of leadership programs and experiences available in Residential Life guided by the Social Change Model of Leadership Development (Astin). Our programs are designed to help students explore their own leadership identities, to understand how to effectively serve as a member of a group, and how to enact positive social change in their communities. Our programs all focus on helping students develop in the following student leader competencies identied by the National Association of Campus Activities (NACA).
