We value the opportunity to collaborate and partner with NYU faculty to support students in their professional and academic development. We would like to invite you to explore some of the ways that faculty can connect with the Wasserman Center.
Request an Orientation for Your Students
The Wasserman Center staff is available to visit your classroom and provide an orientation about our services to assist students in learning about the extensive career resources available to them through NYU.
The Wasserman Center's Mentor Network allows professionals to serve as mentoring contacts for current students and recent graduates. Mentors provide brief, one-on-one meetings with students enable them to ask career related questions and receive guidance and feedback on their career options.
Take a Tour
Arrange a personal tour for you or your students of our state of the art facilities. Our center hosts multi-media presentation rooms, career publications and handouts, computer lab, interviewing facilities, wireless internet, and a student café.
Participate in Our Programs
Distinguished faculty periodically make themselves available to participate in our career programs. Opportunities to partner with us can include:
- Career Panels: Serve as a speaker for our career-related panels
- Workshops & Seminars: Participate as a presenter or co-facilitator in our career-planning and job-search workshops.
- Employment & Internship Referrals: Faculty often contact the center to let us know of exceptional internship and employment opportunities available to NYU students.
