  • 30 minute virtual career coaching appointments can be scheduled in Handshake. You will hear from your career coach before your appointment to confirm details.
  • Virtual Drop-ins can be scheduled through Handshake by selecting "15 Minute Drop-in Appointment".

Undergraduate Students & NYU Alumni

In order to best support undergraduate students and alumni, we have created multiple ways for students to see a coach. Feel free to stop by for a quick drop-in appointment, or pre-schedule a 30 minute appointment ahead of time to gain more in-depth support. If you would like a pre-scheduled 30 minute appointment, please head to Handshake and schedule an appointment for Union Square, Brooklyn or SPS depending on your need. 30 minute pre-scheduled appointments (scheduled through Handshake) are great for:

Graduate Students

Wasserman has coaches that specialize in serving NYU’s master’s, doctoral, and advanced certificate students, as well as postdocs.

To best support your careers, we offer a high volume of 30-minute appointments, which can be scheduled in advance to guarantee that the timing and duration work for your demanding schedules and level of experience. The appointments can be held in-person, over the phone, or virtually and are posted in Handshake one month in advance for your convenience.

Graduate student 30-minute appointments are available in Handshake at a variety of locations:

  • Wasserman @ The Office of Global Services
  • Wasserman @ Schools: GPH, GSAS, and Steinhardt
  • Wasserman SPS @ 7 East 12th Street (for NYUSPS students only)
  • Wasserman SPS @ Midtown Center (for NYUSPS students only)
