The most important center for all things employment related is the Wasserman Center for Career Development. Students can access on- and off-campus job listings, through their NYU CareerNet database. The Wasserman Center holds workshops throughout the year to prepare students for interviews, composing résumés, and utilizinge job fairs. Graduate students can become members of Wasserman's graduate student list serve where you can receive weekly updates about the job market, career fairs, job openings and other initiatives geared specifically for graduate students.
Beyond the more general resources at Wasserman, anyone who teaches at NYU is welcome to use the many resources for students continuing careers in academia. A number of resources are also available for current affiliates of New York University.
