Resources and Getting Started:

NYU and New York City can be a tough place to navigate if you are unsure of where to start. We understand that our graduate students are diverse and this is why we have created a special getting started page just for you! Be sure to visit our Getting Started at NYU page for resources and useful links to help you begin your graduate career with NYU.

Some of the resources/programs offered to graduate students through the Student Resource Center include:

Events and Traditions:

Graduate Student Life at the Student Resource Center plans campus-wide activities for our grad students which bring together the entire graduate student body at NYU. If you have suggestions or thoughts about a program please feel free to get in touch with us!

A few of our graduate student traditions include:

• Graduate Welcome Week:  (For new fall term graduate students)
• Spring at the Square: (For new Spring term graduate students)
• Faculty of Color Dinner Series
• Graduate Happy Hour Socials
• Breakfast for Dinner (held the last day of classes each semester)
• End of The Year Gala
