Throughout the semester you will recieve a weekly email from the Student Resource Center highlighting Transfer & Transitioning Student programs and NYU Happenings. Monday at Molly's Cupcakes
Monday, February 4th from 6:30pm to 7:30pm | Meet in Kimmel Center Lobby
Nothing is better than starting the semester off SWEET! Join the Transfer/Transition Ambassadors for a free cupcake of your choice at Molly's Cupcakes in the West Village. You can even create your own if you want! Meet us in the Kimmel Center Lobby at 6:30 and we will walk over together. And don't forget to RSVP on Facebook.

Application deadline is Monday, February 4th at 5:00pm
TransferMation is a service learning and Alternative Break program designed just for transfer and transitioning students! The program will bring together new and returning transfer and transitioning students for an opportunity to develop leadership skills through direct service, education, and reflection, culminating in an Alternative Weekend Break trip in April. Applications are due by Monday, February 4th, so apply today by clicking here! Contact Naomi Karp for more information of if you have any questions.

Transfer & Transitioning Student Association Meeting
Wednesday, February 6th from 7:00pm to 8:00pm | Student Resource Center Conference Room, Kimmel Center, Suite 210
Are you a transfer / transitioning student that wants to get involved with NYU while also meeting awesome people? Join the Transfer &Transitioning Student Association(TTSA) every Wednesday for the opportunity to help plan great events/programs for the transfer/transitioning community. This week, come learn about how to get involved and help plan upcoming events this semester, including a big community service trip. Stay with us after for pizza! NYU MLK WEEK 2013 - 50 Years Forward: The Cost of a Dream Deferred
February 4th-9th
For the eighth-consecutive year, the University will commemorate Dr. King’s visit and his legacy by hosting a week-long schedule of special events and programs. The theme of the week, 50 Years Forward: The Cost of a Dream Deferred, is intended to open up critical dialogue around the consequences of failing to achieve social change and social justice. Highlighting the week is the MLK University-wide event, "A Conversation w/ Rev. Al Sharpton & Featured Guests" on Thurs., Feb. 7 at 7:00 PM in Eisner & Lubin Auditorium, Kimmel Center for University Life. RSVP for the university-wide event is required. Class Activity Board Meetings
Class of 2013: Thursday from 12:30-1:30pm

Class of 2014: Tuesday from 1-2pm
Class of 2015: Wednesday from 5:30-6:30
Class of 2016: Wednesday from 630-7:30
It's never too late to GET INVOLVED. Class Activities Boards are a great way for NYU undergraduate students to get involved with campus life, meet other active students, plan interesting and fun events, and gain valuable leadership experience.
