The Office of Graduate Life and NYU offers several services to support graduate students with special needs. We offer a childcare subsidy, childcare referrals and counseling services, and workshops to assist you on topics such as time management, budgeting, and off campus housing. We work in conjunction with other NYU offices on campus such as Off Campus Housing, Office of International Student Services, Office of Student Activities, and the Center for Multicultural Education and Programs as well as with each of the graduate schools to provide you with important information and services that you may need while at NYU.
Graduate students with children may also wish to check out the NYU Family Care website. Though NYU Family Care is geared towards employees of the university, many of thier services are open to graduate students. Those services include a babysitting registry, details about starting or joining a childcare co-op, as well as information regarding the location of changing tables and lactation rooms on campus.
