Hi ya'll! And yep, I'm not from New York. I've been in this great city and at NYU since 1993. I'm originally from Houston, Texas. I have a BA in Sociology from the University of Texas at Arlington and a MS in Counseling and Student Development from the University of Memphis.

My involvement in my fraternity, as well as service as an orientation leader and a peer counselor, while an undergraduate, led me into the field of Student Affairs. Since graduating, I have worked as a residence hall director, a fraternity and sorority advisor, an activities programmer, and a counselor. As the director of the Student Resource Center, I have the honor of working with a great group of people who are here to provide you with a multitude of services and programs to make your time at NYU both productive and enjoyable.

My door is always open and I hope you will find the Student Resource Center to be a helpful, friendly and inviting place no matter the reason you stop by. Ya'll stop by!
