NYU MLK WEEK 2012 "The Future of Diversity: Here and Now" - February 6th-11th
For the seventh-consecutive year, the University will commemorate Dr. King’s visit and his legacy by hosting a week-long schedule of special events and programs. This year’s theme is intended to open up critical dialogue around where we are, and where we are going, on the path towards social change and social justice. Class Activities Boards
Class Activities Boards are a great way for NYU undergraduate students to get involved with campus life, meet other active students, plan interesting and fun events, and gain valuable leadership experience. Each Class Activities Board provides engagin programming for the members of its class, from across all of the various schools at NYU. This semester the Class Activities Boards will meet in the NYU Student Resource Center Conference Room (2nd Floor, Kimmel Center):
-Class of 2015 on Wednesdays, from 5-6pm
-Class of 2014 on Tuesdays, from 5-6pm

$1000 Funded Internship via Wasserman
Wasserman has established a Funded Internship Award to support students pursuing unpaid internships at non-profits, international
organizations, arts institutions, and other industries that traditionally do not pay their interns. This $1,000
scholarship affords students the opportunity to participate in career exploration and experiential learning
through unpaid career-related internships, gives students access to professional networks in the US and
abroad, and facilitates the lifelong learning skills associated with solid career development.
