One particularly useful discount is the Student Advantage Card. You’ll have to purchase this card, which goes for $20, but its uses are widespread and the card itself is valuable. $ The Entertainment Book is a valuable source of coupons and discounts on food, movies, travel, and tons more. It’s localized for NYC with many buy-one-get-one coupons for everything from McDonalds to “tres chic” cuisine. Look for The Entertainment Book at your local bookstore, or buy it online at www.entertainment.com for $25.

$ Campus Clipper is a company that distributes booklets of coupons for students from merchants in the area. They’re free and you should definitely pick up one (or two, or….)
