Convocation Lottery Ticket Request
I would like to enter the Convocation Ticket lottery for the chance to receive one (1) additional guest ticket

Lottery participants will be notified of results by Friday, April 4, 2008.

This form must be completed and submitted electronically by Friday, March 28, 2008. All guest ticket requests not received by the deadline date are subject to ticket availability and are not guaranteed.

By late-March, the date, hours, and location of SSSW Convocation ticket distribution will be posted on the SSSW Web site as well as sent via e-mail to graduates who submitted timely ticket requests. Unclaimed tickets will be returned to the SSSW lottery. Lost tickets will not be replaced.

Reminder: The Silver School of Social Work Convocation is Wednesday, May 14, 2008 from 3:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. (graduates assemble at 2:30 p.m.) at Avery Fisher Hall, Lincoln Center. The NYU Commencement Ceremony is on Wednesday, May 14, 2008 from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at Yankee Stadium (graduates must assembled at 9:30 a.m.).
