Dr. Meenaghan served as Dean of the School from 1996 to 2002. Prior to joining the faculty, Dr. Meenaghan was a member of the faculty and held major administrative responsibilities at Ohio State University and Loyola University Chicago. Dr. Meenaghan has practiced in the Institute of Urban Research and has been a member of the Commission on Accreditation of Social Work. Currently, Dr. Meenaghan is active with a variety of community bodies. Dr. Meenaghan is the author of five books and numerous articles. His ongoing interest is looking for the connections among family, children and community based planning.
