Although many social work students live in the immediate vicinity of the main
campus, many others live throughout the metropolitan area. The University
offers graduate students at Washington Square a variety of units in campus
residence halls. The housing office is a central resource for students seeking
University or off-campus housing.
The Student Resource Center specializes in answering questions about NYU and New York City, and providing all kinds of information to the NYU community. They also help students navigate university resources and services, provide academic referrals, and promote and provide ways for students to get connected and stay informed at NYU.
Graduate Student Life at the Student Resource Center exists to serve the needs of all graduate students at New York University through programming, information dissemination, and additonal services for the graduate student community.
In software and Web development, a beta period exists to test a product with users before the product is officially released. The beta release of the new socialwork.nyu.edu site began Wednesday, April 17, 2013 and is scheduled to continue through the week of May 20, 2013.
