About the Workshop:
A thorough grounding in the NASW Code of Ethics is important for professional social work practice and is an important part of the ASWB Master's Exam. The first half of this workshop will review the Code of Ethics, including the principles of confidentiality, duty to warn, and dual relationships. Case scenarios will be used to illustrate ethical principles encountered in practice situations. The second half of the workshop will be group review of questions from the ASWB online Practice Exam. The rationale for the answers will be discussed, together with a review of strategies for answering multiple-choice questions. Practice questions will be reviewed to illustrate test--taking strategies and reinforce content material.
Space is very limited and you must register in advance to attend the workshop.
You must bring a valid NYU ID card to gain access to the building.
