Hartford Foundation awarded to Caroline Rosenthal Gelman, Principal Investigator, and Daniel Gardner, Peggy Morton, Tazuko Shibusawa, Lala Straussner, and Carol Tosone. We gratefully acknowledge the instructors and field instructors at New York University's Silver School of Social Work who participated in focus groups that helped to shape these modules. We also gratefully acknowledge Tazuko Shibusawa and Daniel Gardner for developing the structure used in all modules, the content of the Depression module, and many of the exercises used in all Learning Activities sections, Jennifer Smith for developing the content in all areas of the supervision module, Christine Greer for her work on the lecture notes section of the Substance Abuse and Family Caregiving modules, and Camille Huggins for her work on the lecture notes section and the ole play vignettes of the Family Caregiving module. We also thank Matt McGuirk for his design and technological expertise. In addition, Professor Lynne McVeigh of the Tisch School of the Arts and her crew of Tisch students and alums were instrumental in the development of all the videos embedded in the modules.
