The application for all MSW degree programs consists of:
- The completed application form
- A personal statement
- Official transcripts of all college and university records
- Three letters of reference
- A resume
Please note that the application requirements for some degree programs may require additional items. A $50.00 nonrefundable application fee must accompany the completed application and is not credited toward tuition.
The reference letter and practicum evaluation, also included in the application above, are available separately to send to recommenders:
