The application for all MSW degree programs consists of:
- The completed application form
- A personal statement
- Official transcripts of all college and university records
- Three letters of reference
- A resume
Please note that the application requirements for some degree programs may require additional items. A $60.00 nonrefundable application fee must accompany the completed application and is not credited toward tuition.
