Program Manager, NYU Social Entrepreneurship Program
As Program Manager, Lilia manages the NYU Social Entrepreneurship Program's social venture competitions, working with students to realize their potential as changemakers. Lilia previously served as Program Coordinator, supporting all the NYU Social Entrepreneurship Program happenings, from events and marketing, to administrative/financial processes. Lilia is passionate about the intersection of wellness, gender equity, and social entrepreneurship, and enjoys helping organizations to think about long-term, sustainable solutions to better serve their constituents.
Before joining the NYU Social Entrepreneurship Program, Lilia worked as a Prospect Researcher at a non-profit fundraising consultancy, giving her insight into the strategic underpinnings of a successful development campaign. Lilia has also worked as a consultant with a number of small and growing non-profit organizations on projects ranging from website development and management, program design and implementation, to donor database customization.
Lilia earned her MPA in Public and Nonprofit Management and Policy from the NYU NYU Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service, where she first worked with the NYU Social Entrepreneurship Program as a Program Assistant. She also holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Miami.
