Move It Mondays
2-3 p.m.
Fit to the Core, Tag Team Toning, and more! Get fit without spending a cent with SHC Physical Therapist Assistant/IFBB World Champion Body Builder Heather Foster. She will lead you through various exercises that you can do in your room or in the gym to stay in shape all year long.
Tasty Tuesdays
1:30 - 2:30 p.m.
Cooking demos, dining picks, shopping tips, and free snacks! Learn to eat well and on a budget with SHC Registered Dietitian Mary Dye and HPO Health Educator Claire Letourneau.
Wind-Down Wednesdays
3:30 - 4:30 p.m.
Relax, breathe deep, and receive a stress-reducing 5-7 minute free backrub, compliments of STRESSBUSTERS!
Tranquil Thursdays
2-3 p.m.
Stretch, strengthen, and breathe with CBH Counselor and Ceritfied Yoga Instructor Lauren Ginsberg. Lauren will guide your through mindful, meditative yoga poses for all levels which will help you relax while you get fit.
First Drink Fridays
4-5 p.m.
