Men's Health Services
We're here to help with your needs as men; at NYU, men matter, too. Whether it's a medical, emotional, or sexual health concern, the health center is equipped with a core group of health providers fully attuned to the needs and questions of our male population. As always, all matters are covered in a confidential and non-judgmental setting. Women's Health Services
Provides confidential examinations, treatment, and information regarding all women's health issues. Board-certified gynecologists and nurse practitioners certified in women's health staff this unit. Additionally, many of our providers are certified to perform specialized testing if necessary, including colposcopy, cryosurgery, and biopsies. - Complete annual physical exams including breast exam, gynecological exam, pap smears and other health maintenance testing as needed
- STI testing and treatment
- Menstrual and other gynecologic disorders evaluation
- Abnormal pap tests management and treatment
- HPV vaccine administration
- Pregnancy detection, options counseling, and preconception counseling and testing
- Contraception (pill, patch, ring, diaphragm, intrauterine device (IUD), condoms) and emergency contraception distribution, counseling, and management
