
A full night's rest can be one of the most important assets on test day. Don't cheat yourself by staying up all night before a big exam cramming. Learn the information as you go and stick to a similar sleep schedule the night before an exam. This will help you concentrate on test day. Adequate sleep is always important, so don't sacrifice sleep during midterms.
