September 14, 2009 - Once a semester, try something new! Finding new ways to exercise is both physically stimulating and mentally liberating. The Coles Sports Center and the Palladium Athletic Facility offer affordable fitness classes at a variety of times—perfect for a student’s hectic schedule. Whether you’ve always been curious about capoiera, Latin dance, yoga, spinning, or basic strength training, the NYU gyms offer quality classes on a quarterly basis. Provide balance and fun to your semester by building in time to get physical within your weekly schedule. It's as easy as signing up for a class! Starting tomorrow, new quarterly courses will be open to registration. Register for classes (or just browse your options) at Coles Sports Center starting Tuesday 8am - 1pm, or 4-8pm on September 15th, or 12-8pm on the 16th and 17th.

Also, check out the Health Promotion Office's calendar of free daily programs. Move It Mondays and Tranquil Thursdays both provide opportunities to enhance your physical wellness!
