Eat smart - especially with the holiday season coming up; be careful with your eating habits. Don’t avoid food all day in preparation for the main meal. If you’re starving by the time that dinner is served, your eyes are almost guaranteed to be much bigger than your stomach, increasing your risk for over-eating. Eat a normal breakfast or at least a light snack during the day. When you sit down to a meal, control your portion sizes - eat slowly, really enjoy your food, and listen when your body says, "Stop!!"
