
If you decide to consume alcohol, pace yourself. Spacing your drinks out throughout the night, can help avoid spikes in Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) Try alternating your alcoholic beverages with non-alcoholic ones, and have some water. It’s free at any bar and will help rehydrate you. Thought for the week: Slower is often better than faster.
