
Dentists recommend that you brush your teeth at least 3 times a day. Brushing your teeth regularly prevents diseases like gingivitis. Make sure you brush every tooth, especially those back molars where bacteria like to grow. You can also brush your tongue and gums to remove bacteria that cause bad breathe. Don’t forget to floss; most cavities form between your teeth!
