Piercings and tattoos can be appealing, but when getting either, make sure the practitioner uses safe techniques first! Use a licensed and reliable establishment that you trust, and an artist who follows all safety measures. This includes using new latex gloves and new sterile needles for each client. Make sure you follow all cleaning procedures, and allow your new piercing or tattoo time to heal.
