  • Peace of Mind
This 4-session series provides an introduction to the use of mindfulness for the purpose of relaxation. Mindfulness is the practice of learning how to pay attention to what is occurring within our field of experience from moment to moment. It is the process of slowing things down and bringing full awareness to both outer activity and inner experience. Each week introduces information and practice on a separate topic, including stress management, mindfulness, mindful movement (yoga), and meditation. Each of the four topic areas will recycle every month, and students are invited to as many sections as they would like. This series is free of charge, and meets every Tuesday evening from 4-5PM. Advanced sign-up is required. Click here for more information.
