At the NYU Student Health Center, we value your opinion and are committed to providing quality health services to the NYU community. We encourage you to communicate your needs, concerns and suggestions so we can continually make improvements to our services.

Patient Advocacy

If you have questions, concerns or comments about issues such as quality of medical care, services delivered, and financial discrepancies, you may talk to an SHC patient advocate by calling 212-443-1097. If you feel that we have not adequately met your needs and wish to file a complaint, or if you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with us by contacting the SHC Privacy Officer at 212-443-1034.

If you have had a positive experience with the services you received at the Student Health Center, whether by a medical provider, receptionist or other staff member, we also welcome your feedback.
