Log onto NYUHome and click on preferences to view your University ID number.
Don't have a NYUHome account or NYU email address?
Go to http://start.nyu.edu to activate your account.
You can only enroll in or waive the NYU plans online. There is no paper selection/waiver form.
Many students will be enrolled automatically in either the Basic or Comprehensive Plans. Completing the online enrollment/waiver process will ensure that you are enrolled in the plan of your choice.

- After you have accepted the terms and conditions, enter your University ID (including the letter "N") and date of birth.
- Review your contact information.
- Select Continue Enrollment Process or Continue Waiver Process.

Click on Enroll/Waive Online, and read the terms and conditions.
You can change your email address if you would like your confirmation sent to a different email address. Confirmation letters will not be mailed to your permanent address.
To enroll in the Basic or Comprehensive Plans, simply indicate your preferred plan and payment option. You may also enroll in the Stu-Dent program, a pre-paid dental plan offered outside of the NYU Student Health Insurance Program, at this time.

After you complete the process and submit your selection(s), you will be able to print a confirmation statement. A copy will also be emailed to the address you provided.
