NYU uses a Standard Architects Agreement for all architectural design projects, and an Agreement for Planning Services for planning projects. The contract terms form the legal basis for any agreement between NYU and architects or other consultants, and are non-negotiable. The contracts may not be amended, although project-specific and additional information may be added as necessary to conform to the scope of work for a given project. The Standard Architects Agreement and the Agreement for Planning Services may be viewed and printed from this site; when a contract is awarded, NYU will provide the architect or consultant with original copies with the appropriate attachments for signature.
