David is a Director in the Office of Strategic Assessment. In this role, he analyzes the administrative units across the university, looking for ways to improve operating efficiency. Prior to this, he was the founder and CEO/CTO of EGBS, Inc, a software firm specializing in creating Digital Asset management. Before that he was a project manager at Kinderhook Systems and an instructor in the Physics Department at Cornell University.

David received his BS in Applied Physics and a Masters in Management from Cornell University. When he's not cogitating, David plays a mean jazz piano.
