Yoga for Stress Management and Emotional Well-Being Experience and research suggest yoga is a powerful tool for addressing symptoms of stress such as muscle tension, poor concentration, fatigue, insomnia and more. Through simple yoga postures and breath techniques yoga can reduce stress, increase energy, enhance performance, improve concentration and overall mood.
