PHIL CAMILL is an ecologist at Carleton College whose research on the effects of climate change on the permafrost has been instrumental in understanding the ecological impact of global warming.  A legendary teacher, Dr. Camill has been actively involved in creating environmental science curricula for environmental studies programs and in prairie restoration projects.

His lecture will address the issue of climate change at high latitudes.
