I Want To Be On A Jumpstart Team: Waitlist

This is a waitlist to attend an orientation for Jumpstart.

We are currently in the process of interviewing applicants who have already attended an orientation. Some positions will be filled, but we are likely to be contacting people from this list to attend an orientation and go through the interview process for any positions left open after the first round of interviews has finished.

The requirements for the Jumpstart position are:

• ·  I realize this is a 300 hour AmeriCorps award offering an additional $1,000 in tuition stipend upon completion of the 300 hours of service.
• ·  I know the hourly wage is $10/hour for undergrads and $12/hour for grad students – which may be raised mid-year if I am on track with my hours.
• ·  I have $3,000 in Federal Work Study.
• ·   I can work 6.5 hours a week on the team timeslot (T&Th 2:30-5:45)
• ·  I can work an additional 4 hours of Classroom Assistance Time   weekly in 2 hours blocks between 8:30and 12 and 2:30-5:30 M-F 
• ·   I know this position is 10-12 hours/week and I will need to complete ~2hours of Individual Planning Pages/week to finish the 300 hours of AmeriCorps Service
• ·    I can commit to both Fall and Spring to serve on my team
