NYU students are invited to volunteer at St. Francis Xavier Welcome Table on the last Sunday of each month from 11:45AM to 3:30PM. The Welcome Table provides approximately 700 meals to those that are in need. Soup, salad, a hot entrée, juice, tea, bread, fruit, and dessert are offered each week. Volunteers will assist with serving meals, work at food stations giving out extras - coffee, bread, water, etc., clean tables, and wash and dry trays in an effort to help the Welcome Table run smoothly. In addition, volunteers will help in the clothing room, giving out clothes to families that are in need.. Spaces are limited so sign up today!
