Genocide Studies, Human Rights, and Conflict Resolution
Isaac Rowlett is a Senior Public Engagement Associate at Public Agenda, where he participates in the design, management and execution of public and stakeholder engagement projects. In particular, Isaac provides technical assistance around Public Agenda's projects in higher education reform, such as the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation's Completion by Design, Lumina's College Productivity Initiative, and Achieving the Dream. For these initiatives, as well as other partners, Isaac leads trainings in effective facilitation and engagement, conducts and analyzes focus groups, and provides strategic consulting on how to engage diverse stakeholders in change efforts.
Isaac's background includes research and advocacy positions in a variety of non-profit and research organizations including the Genocide Intervention Network, the Center for Policy Research and Dialogue in Ethiopia, the Wisconsin Public Interest Research Group, and the American Jewish World Service.
Isaac earned his BA at New York University, where he pursued a concentration in Genocide Studies, Human Rights and Conflict Resolution.
