Carla Fernandez is currently Partnership & Strategy Manager at Enso, a shared value and social innovation firm that aligns organizational success and social impact through strategy, communications, and community activation.

Formerly with GOOD/Corps, she helped develop and implement shared value initiatives with companies such as Pepsi, MasterCard, and Google. Prior to coming to Enso, Carla was a Career Program Fellow at Net Impact, where she assisted in the development of platforms and events to match-make social-change oriented professionals and recruiters.

Carla was a Reynolds Scholar at NYU's Gallatin School of Individualized Study, where she concentrated in Socially Responsible Supply Chains – exploring the social and environmental impacts and opportunities of commerce. While in university, Carla helped develop living wage standards for fair-trade artisans with the World of Good Development Organization, assisted Women's World Banking with fundraising and event planning, co-managed the ABC Home & Planet Foundation, and researched the emerging trend of conscious consumerism in China with ?WhatIf! Innovation Company, Shanghai.

She is currently based in Los Angeles, CA.
