In 1998, Seth Goldman co-founded Honest Tea with a mission to create an enterprise that supports health, the environment and economic opportunity. As the first organic and fair trade certified bottle tea, Honest Tea has grown as a "challenger brand", known for its authentic product and transparent relationships. Honest Tea surprised some consumers when it was acquired by the Coca-Cola Company in 2011 but Honest Tea has continued to thrive, expanding the reach and impact of its mission. Hear Seth discuss successes and challenges of growing a mission-driven business in a profit-world, using insights from his newly released business book in comic form, Mission in a Bottle - An Honest Guide to Doing Business Differently - and Succeeding.
