2008 Application and Notification Timeline

January 4 - February 19, 2008: Reynolds application due dates vary by school. The 2008 Graduate Application Process is now closed.

February 25, 2008: Each school selects up to 15 candidates as semifinalists and submits these applications to the Reynolds Internal Selection Committee. Note that a maximum of 180 candidates can be named as semifinalists university-wide.

February 25 - March 12, 2008: The Reynolds Internal Selection Committee reviews the 180 semifinalist applications and makes recommendations for up to 100 finalists. All Reynolds applicants will be notified of their status via email on March 14, 2008.

March 14, 2008: Up to 100 finalists will be invited by the Reynolds Program to participate in the Selection Event.

April 18-19, 2008: All finalists participate in an evening and day-long Selection Event in New York City. (Travel, room and board expenses will be covered by the program and the finalists' school.) Finalists will participate in two group exercises and individual panel interviews facilitated by members of the NYU Reynolds Selection Event Judge Cohort. Click here for bios of the 2006 judges. April 21-25, 2008: Up to 20 Graduate Reynolds Fellows are named by the Reynolds Program. Finalists will be notified April 25, 2008.

August 16-17, 2008: Fellows participate in the 2008 Reynolds Program retreat at the Garrison Institute in Garrison, NY.
