The Office of Residential Life and Housing Services is responsible for the resident registration and assignment processes associated with housing during the 12-week summer program (mid-May to early-August). Residents who are interested in staying in housing for the summer do not have to be registered for NYU summer classes. Summer residents fall into two categories: enrolled and associate (non-enrolled). Housing rates and dates of stay are determined by the applicant's enrollment status.
