Sometimes the stress of college life can be overwhelming. This stress can negatively affect students' academics, sleeping patterns, eating habits, their feelings about themselves, and their relationships with others. Talking to a counselor can be a helpful way of coping with the stress and the many problems that arise while in college. As students living in the residence halls, you have the opportunity to meet with the Counselor in Residence. The Counselor in Residence is available six days a week and is located in the lower level of Weinstein Hall in the Residential Education Administration Office (across from the dining hall).
