- The Practice Room and/or Coffee House may be signed out up to a week in advance, in half-hour blocks (not exceeding two hours) by any residents of Second Street.
- Sign-out and use may only occur during office hours (residents must finish their practicing by 8 pm or 6 pm on weekends).
- The Coffee House may only be signed out if the Practice Room is unavailable.
- Residents must leave their ID at the front desk in exchange for the room key.

- A resident of Second Street may bring up to three guests to the practice room. If more than one Second Street resident is sharing the rehearsal space, no more than six guests may use the practice room without completing an Event Registration Form prior to the rehearsal.
- On the day of the Event, the Event Registration Form will be at the guard desk. Guests sign in with the guard on the Event Registration Form, and leave their ID with the guard. If, after the event, guests wish to stay in the building, they will need to return to the front desk to be signed in with a Second Street Resident host.
- Approval of Event Registration Forms is based on availability, previous practice room behavior, and the CDEs discretion.
- If residents abuse the practice room or the event registration policy, practice room privileges and/or guest privileges may be temporarily or permanently revoked.
