7th Street Large study Lounge
The Rhodes Room is located on the first floor of Brittany Hal. It's a multi-functional room, which can be set up auditorium-style for performances/presentations on the small stage area, or with most of the furniture pushed to the edges of the room for dances, social gatherings, etc. There are a number of tables and couches in the room, and extra chairs are available if requested in advance. There is no A/V equipment in the room. The capacity of the Rhodes Room is 175 persons. Residents as well as NYU and NYC community members may reserve this space to hold large-scale events, so long as the reservation is made at least one week in advance of the date of the event.
Brittany Hall Piano/Dance/Dark Rooms
Residents of the building may reserve the Piano, Dance, and Dark rooms in half-hour increments at the front desk (not through this online webform). The piano room has a standing piano and mirrors; the dance room has mirrors; none of the spaces have A/V equipment.
Brittany Hall Game Room & Penthouse Study Lounge
There are two other rooms in Brittany Hall available to Brittany residents: the Game Room and Penthouse study lounge. These may not be reserved for programming except by building staff. As we have very few community and study spaces, we are hesitant to restrict access to them.
Broome Street Broome Room
Three couches, TV/VCR/DVD unit, pool table and table tennis. The Broome Room is booked each week for standing commitments (like RA Staff Meetings & Hall Council meetings). Other than that, it is a first come first serves spot. Depending on the request, this room may be utilized by Broome residents.
Carlyle Court C2 Lounge
Three couches, 1 TV, 1 pool table.
Coral Towers Classroom

Goddard Hall Classroom
Has 4 large tables that are placed together to make a large learning space. The tables can accommodate around 20 or so students comfortably, and there is additional seating in the space for around 35. There is a projector screen, an overhead projector, a TV on a cart, DVD and VCR players.
Goddard Game Room
Has a TV, 2 large games (pinball and a racing car) and a small pool table. 2 small sofas are also in the space.
Greenwich Hotel Study lounge (located in the basement)
5 desks with a chair at each.
Greenwich Hotel Basement (large space)
Pool table and ping pong table. 4 tables, 20 chairs, 3 couches (bolted to the floor), one TV/VCR (mounted to the wall), 3 vending machines, and exercise equipment: tread mill, stair climber, weight bench, and multi-purpose weight machine, one mat. The lights must remain on in the basement at all times (this is so that the security cameras are functional).
Hayden Library
It has flexible seating arrangements (a mixture of couches and tables/chairs) that can be rearranged for different events.
Hayden Exercise Room
Located in the basement, and is an empty space with mirrors on a wall and chairs and couches for rehearsals and exercise.
Hayden Cafeteria
Visit the Aramark Office down in the cafeteria in order to make a reservation.

Palladium 3rd Floor Piano/Music Rooms
5 piano rooms with tuned pianos for rental on a first come first serve basis through the Front Desk. Residents must provide ID. If residents choose to bring down a drum set, they are responsible for removing the drums after practice sessions.
Palladium Multi Purpose Room
Located on the 3rd Floor of Palladium. Guests may gain access through the left side of the Public Safety desk through the 14th Street Entrance by swiping their NYU ID. All On-site Coordinators of the Multi Purpose Room are responsible for making sure their guests do not leave the Multi Purpose Room and vacate into the hall where the students reside. AV Equipment: TV/VCR, DVD, CD, Cassette, Microphone(s), LCD Projection and sound projection from laptop (must provide own laptop), Cable TV projection, 150 chairs, 20 tables, dimmed lighting, stage.
Palladium Seminar A Room

60 people, has a few exercise machines, a barre for dance purposes, a stereo, and floor to ceiling mirrors on two walls.
Third North C-3 TV Lounge
30 people, has a TV and 2 couches, not a completely enclosed space so we don't allow dance or performance troupes to reserve this space.
Third North Courtyard
400 people, has about 10 tables and 40 chairs, can be filled with 3 long event tables by facilities, has some benches, all reservations for courtyard must be approved by special CDE approval because the space is so public and there are security issues with event guests having access to all student rooms.
Third North Coffee House
30 people, has multiple couches and chairs and coffee tables, a large TV and VCR, this space is not usually reservable each night from 9 PM - 12 AM when it is open with free food for 3N residents and their guests as a common space - at other times, it is reservable.
Third North Table in Front Lobby
2 people may sit there, we reserve this to NYU students to promote events and awareness.
Third North Study Lounges
On almost every other floor (about 20 of them) that are generally pretty small and scattered throughout the residential floors. Most don't have furniture, but some have a couch or a study table and chair.
Third North Game Room/C-3 Lobby Space
Third North has a game room on the C-3 level and a lobby space across from the office on the main level that is just used by whomever is interested.
Third North Music Practice Rooms/Dark Room
These reservations are done at the front desk because of key distribution and needing to hold student's IDs while they use those spaces. These spaces are only for 3N residents and signed in guests by those residents.
26th Street TV Lounge in the basement of 26th Street
There is a giant television, vending, ping pong, five couches, four chairs, a wall of mirrors good for dance practice.
26th Street Study Lounge
Located on the first floor, west wing of the building. There are tables and chairs for studying.
University Court Carriage House
This two story building is located behind University Court. The downstairs includes a kitchen, restroom, a television, two couches and fooseball table. The upstairs includes study tables and chairs for students to study.
University Hall C-Lounge
8 couches, 4 stools, 1 pool table (rent equipment at front desk), two small coffee tables, (able to reserve 2 banquet tables for events if needed).

There is a common room, 5BN, first come first serve. Furnished with desks and couches, and is open to all residents, and is used for studying, community activities, and resident programs.
Weinstein Classroom
A large open room with tables and seating for 80. There is a large bulletin board in the room. This is a space that can be used for presentations/large group lectures, group meetings, ect… The tables and chairs can be removed for more open space, but there is no audio visual or additional equipment available.
Weinstein Conference Room (located off of the 2B Lounge)
This room has tables and seating for 20. The room has a dry erase board but no audio visual equipment. The space can be used for classes, a small group lecture, group meeting, program, ect…
