In order to be a participant in the Phase II Lottery Card submission process you must have completed Phase I:

1. Completed the online re-application form by February 25th
- and -
2. Paid the $1000 non-refundable/non-transferable reapplication deposit by February 27th

Students who did not complete both steps of Phase I will lose their housing guarantee and may apply for all future academic year housing through the wait list only.

Students who meet Phase I requirements but do not submit a lottery card by the March 27, 2009 lottery card submission deadline will maintain their housing guarantee but will be administratively assigned by the Housing Department before the August 30, 2009 Fall move-in date. The Housing License will not be cancelled.
