The Department of Residential Education Judicial Affairs Office is located in the C2 Level of Third Avenue North Residence Hall (75 Third Avenue). This office is responsible for ensuring that the student disciplinary process is properly executed for Housing and Residential Education related matters. Most cases are handled at the hall level by the Community Development Educator, Assistant Community Development Educator, or Community Educator Assistant. More serious incidents, or those involving repeat offenders, are referred to the Residential Judicial Affairs office for follow-up. In all cases, staff members take an educational approach to student discipline. The goal is to help a student develop and learn from their behavior while holding them accountable for their decisions.
