**If you choose to request these items, please note that these items will be in a closet at the front of the MPR, which will be left open for your event. It will be the On-site Coordinator's responsibility to know how to work the equipment, and to also make sure it is not tampered with. There are specific guidelines that should be followed when utilizing the AV equipment in the MPR. It is suggested to the user to bring a printed copy of the Palladium Policies and Procedures, which outlines how to use the equipment.

If you would like a five-minute overview of how to use the AV equipment in person please provide four dates/times for when you are available during the 10 am - 4 pm business hours within the next two weeks:
