We want your stay with us to be relaxing and meaningful! We've provided an overview of the accommodations and information about the program below.

Amenities

The suite itself is a two-bedroom loft-style apartment with a kitchen and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed; while the guest bedroom/office includes a twin-sized bed. All linens are provided.

The suite includes a desktop computer with access to internet. Due to University internet restrictions, personal laptops cannot be connected to the internet inside of the suite.

For your convenience, we've provided an iron/ironing board, a hairdryer, and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap). If you need other toiletries, there is a deli/convenience store in the lobby of the building.

We have done our very best to provide a high-quality, comfortable living space for you and your guests during your stay. It is important to note, however, that we do not have a full service concierge service. There is a public safety officer present 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the building. We also provide contact information for you in case of emergencies after hours and during the work day.

Programs/Events

The suite is a perfect place to host one or both of your events. There are two living rooms and a dining room that will facilitate an intimate dinner and discussion. You will be paired with a professional staff liaision and/or faculty member that will work with you to develop, market and execute your programs. Our support staff handles all of the logistical support (ordering food, buying tickets, renting movies, etc.) through your liaision. Our mission is to have you spend quality time with our students and let us handle the details.

Directions

The visiting faculty suite is situated on Broome Street near Centre Street. We recommend either taking a cab (approximately $30 from LaGuardia, $50 from JFK, $60 from Newark) or the closest subways are:

Please note that travel costs (including cabs to/from airport) are not included with the accommodations. We do provide you with a metrocard for easy transportation around the city while you are here.
