The Torch Chapter of NRHH at New York University

Click here for the official NRHH at NYU website! NRHH is a student organization at NYU (affiliated with the NEACURH regional and NACURHNRHH national associations) that truly believes that recognition is an important aspect of the community experience in the residence halls. NRHH fosters recognition in two distinct ways:

Inducting members into the organization annually who are believed to represent the top 1% of undergraduate students living on campus who contribute positively to the residential communities at NYU (thus the membership of NRHH cannot exceed 1% of the total undergraduate residential population).

The inducted members meet regularly to review and select nominations for various categories for "Of the Month" awards which can be submitted by anyone. These awards were created to recognize those individuals that make a difference each month of the Academic Year.

What can you do?

Watch for information on the nomination process and nominate residents/staff who you feel represent the top 1% of students living in the residence halls and are contributing to the development of community within the residence halls. You can even nominate yourself if you would like to join this organization!
