All policies and procedures in the SPA Handbook are operative for all NYU campuses and business units, both U.S. domestic and global.
However, where sponsor requirements, local law, local custom, and/ or operational need necessitate change in policy and/or procedures, it is incumbent upon the local unit or campus to submit their change request (in writing via email) to the Assistant Vice President for Post Award Administration for review and final approval.
