| 1 - 3 Weeks | A grade of "W" will be issued beginning the 4th calendar day of the session. |
| 4 - 7 Weeks | A grade of "W" will be issued beginning the 1st day of the second calendar week of the session. |
| 8 - 12 Weeks | A grade of "W" will be issued beginning the 1st day of the third calendar week of the session. |
