| At Least 8 Weeks | A grade of "W" will be issued beginning the 1st day of the 2nd calendar week of the session. |
| 6 - 7 Weeks | A grade of "W" will be issued beginning the 4th calendar day of the session. |
| 2 - 5 Weeks | A grade of "W" will be issued beginning the 2nd calendar day of the session. |
| 1 Week | A grade of "W" will be issued beginning the 1st calendar day of the session. |
